Cucumber Canapés

1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped fresh dill
Yogurt cheese, made from 8 ounces of plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon of basil
8 slices of unpeeled cucumber, 1/4 inch thick
2 radishes, thinly sliced

Place the garlic into a small amount of boiling water for 1 minutes, crush. Combine the garlic, yogurt cheese, dill, chives, and basil. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Dry the cucumber slices with paper towels. Mound with cheese mixture and top each with a radish sauce. Chill before servings. Serves 4
