Wheat & Sesame Cereal

1 tablespoon of unrefined oil
1 cup of cracked wheat or bulgur
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
1/4 cup of wheat germ
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut
3 cups of water
optional: 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, dried fruits, chopped nuts 

Heat a heavy pan. Add the oil and the cracked wheat, sesame seeds, wheat germ, and coconut. Sauté until light brown. Add the water, salt and dried fruits if desired. Cover and steam, about 25 minutes, until the cracked wheat is fluffy. Add nuts to taste. Serve with milk and honey. Serves 4
