Low Calorie Swiss Musli Cereal Mix

Three to four week supply consisting of 1/2 cup servings for two people.
Use Arrowhead brand flakes.
4 cups of wheat flakes
4 cups of oat bran
2 cups of barley flakes
2 cups of soy flakes
1 cup of rye flakes
2 cups of raw almonds, chopped
1 cup of sesame seeds
2/3 cup of raw sunflower seeds
1 1/2 to 2 cups of chopped dates (Farmers Market has them chopped & rolled in oat flour)
1 1/2 cup of raisins
1 cup of wheat germ 

Mix all flakes and seed except wheat germ in a large soup pot. Divide onto 4 cookie sheets with rims. Bake in a 350ºF. preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Watch carefully as this can burn easily. Put toasted mixture back in soup pot. Add dates, raisins and wheat germ. Store in airtight container.
