Low Calorie Baked Breakfast Casserole

1/2 cup of crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
1/4 cup of water
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoons of sugar
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of non-fat dry milk
3/4 ounces of quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of reduced calorie margarine

Combine pineapple, water, and sweetener in an individual casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over pineapple. Bake at 400ºF.  for 20 minutes or until browned. Makes 1 serving - each serving is equivalent to: 1 serving fruit, 1/2 serving milk, 1 serving bread, and 1 serving fat.
