| Vegetable Beef Stir Fry
1 package of dry onion soup mix 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, grated 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 3/4 cup of water 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1 pound of beef sirloin steak, cut in 1 1/2 cups of broccoli flowerets 2 medium carrots, cut in matchsticks |

In a small bowl combine soup mix, ginger, garlic powder and water; set aside. In a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat, stir fry half of the beef in the oil until browned; remove set aside and repeat with remaining beef. In the same skillet combine soup mixture, broccoli and carrots, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp, stirring occasionally.
