Pasta Beef Cobbler

1 pound of lean ground beef
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
3 1/2 cups of hot water
1/2 cup of milk
1 package of Betty Crocker® Hamburger Helper beef pasta
1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
11/2 cups of Bisquick® mix
1 cup of milk
2 eggs   

Heat oven to 375°F. Cook beef, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and seasoned salt in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown, drain. Stir hot water, 1/2 cup of milk and the Sauce mix into beef mixture. Stir in brown sugar, barbecue sauce and ketchup. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Spoon the beef mixture into ungreased rectangular baking dish 13x9x2 inches, stir in uncooked pasta. Set aside. Stir Bisquick mix, 1 cup of milk and the eggs in medium bowl until blended. Pour evenly over beef mixture. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until light golden. 8 servings
