Mix together 3 cups flour and 3 teaspoons baking powder. Add 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix all of above with 3 eggs. Roll out on floured board a little at a time using floured rolling pin. Flour hands as well. Cut into desired shapes using Chanukah cookie cutters. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 375ºF. for 18 - 20 minutes.
