| ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES
1 cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
5 cups of flour
1 cup of sour cream |

Blend the sugar and butter; add eggs and lemon extract. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, chill. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutters. Bake on greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes in 350ºF. oven. |
