| Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together vinegar, garlic and grated cheese. Gradually add the olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. |
