BBQ Rib Marinade

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of Worcestershire sauce
5 pounds of beef or pork ribs
Lawry's Seasoning Salt or your favorite brand 

In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Completely coat the ribs with this mixture. Generously sprinkle all sides of the ribs with your seasoning salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill the ribs over low heat 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until fully cooked and tender, turning frequently. Makes 4 large servings
