Easy Knaidlach

1 cup of matzoh meal
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of cold water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Prepare according to instructions for making matzoh balls. Cook 30 to 40 minutes.

Fancy Knaidlach

4 eggs
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of melted shortening
1 cup of matzoh meal
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
a dash of pepper

Prepare according to instructions for making matzoh balls. Cook for 30 minutes.

Perfect Knaidlach

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of soup stock or water
1/2 cup of matzoh meal
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Prepare according to instructions for making matzoh balls. Cook for 30 minutes.

Square Knaidlach

4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of  water
1/3 cup of  melted margarine
1 cup of matza meal
1 teaspoon of  salt
Pepper
Onion powder

Mix together. Place in ice cube tray. Freeze. Pop them out when needed and boil in soup or boiling water.
