| Alfredo Meat Balls
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef 1 pound of ground pork 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of thyme 1/4 teaspoon of sage, ground 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of butter cooking oil 1 cup of Classico Tomato Alfredo Sauce
Beat eggs; add seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Beat well. Add to meats and blend well with your hands. Form meat balls by rolling a portion in the palm of your hands (rubbing a little oil on your hands helps the meat from sticking). Make 1-inch meatballs. Heat 1/4 of the butter and enough oil to cover the bottom of a large skillet on medium heat. Add enough of the meatballs to to stir them around to brown on all sides. Remove with a slotted spoon. Repeat until all the meatballs are browned. Place meatballs in baking dish. Pour pasta sauce over all. Bake in a 350ºF. oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
