Are you ready for some good homecookin"?

 

 

Salsa 5

14 ounce can of diced tomatoes
2 scallions with greens, chopped
1 tablespoon of green chili peppers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 tomato, diced (if available)
1 to 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, if you like it hot

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Cool and refrigerate. Great as dip with tortilla chips!
