| Sweet Potato Pudding 2
1 large sweet potato, grated
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 stick of butter, melted
3 eggs
Beat sugar, eggs, milk, add other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a dish greased with a little butter. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 45 minutes. |
