Chocolate Macadamia Pie

4 eggs
3/4 cup of dark brown sugar
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 tablespoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of coffee flavored liqueur or strong coffee
One 7 ounce jar of macadamia nuts, reserve 8 nuts for garnish and coarsely chop remainder
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup of heavy cream
4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons of flavored liqueur or strong coffee

In a medium sized bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla, liqueur or coffee. Add the nuts and morsels. Turn into crust and smooth out evenly. Bake in a preheated 425ºF. oven for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350ºF. and bake for 30 minutes longer. Cool at room temperature, chill. At serving time, remove the tart from the refrigerator to warm up a bit. Whip cream with sugar and liqueur or coffee until stiff. Garnish tart with nuts and dollops of cream. Serves 8
