8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes 1 pound of Cheddar cheese, diced 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of chopped onion Salt, pepper to taste 1/2 pound of chopped PARTIALLY fried bacon 1/4 cup of sliced, stuffed olives |

Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, and onion. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake 1 hour at 325ºF. |
