| Grilled Turkey or Chicken Teriyaki
2 turkey breast tenderloins (1/2 lb. each) or 3 boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup of soy sauce 1/4 cup of oil 1/4 cup of apple juice 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of diced minced onion 1 teaspoon of ginger Dash each of garlic powder & pepper |

In shallow glass baking dish combine all ingredients, except turkey/chicken. Add turkey or chicken turning to coat it with liquid mixture. Refrigerate for several hours, turning meat a couple of times. If grilling discard marinade and grill over medium coals 10 to 12 minutes/side or until juices run clear. Can also bake breast with marinade. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender. Serves 2 to 3 people. |
