1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed according to pkg. directions 8 frankfurters 2 tablespoons of milk Sesame or poppy seeds Mustard or ketchup |

Grease baking sheet. Cut the bread dough into eight equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 15 inch rope and wrap barber-pole style, around a frankfurter, tucking ends underneath. Place on baking sheet. Let rise 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oven to 350ºF. Using a pastry brush, brush dough with milk and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving. Serve with mustard or ketchup. Yield: 8 servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Rising time: 10 to 15 minutes. Baking time: 15 minutes. |
