Macaroni Salad

4 cups of cooked macaroni
1 cup of finely chopped celery
1/2 cup of finely minced onion
1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup of seeded and chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup of finely chopped red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of vinegar

Be sure that your macaroni is well drained and place it in a bowl, along with the celery, parsley, onion, green and red pepper, salts and black pepper. Mix the mayonnaise and vinegar and blend until smooth. Pour on your dressing and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The longer this salad chills, the more the flavor develops. And then, and not before, taste it and adjust your seasonings.
