Black Eyed Peas Gumbo
2 onions, chopped
10 celery spears
2 green peppers, diced
8 cans of fresh black eyed peas
2 packages of okra, cut
1 pound of polish sausage, sliced
1 large bottle of picante sauce
2 cans stewed tomatoes |

Place all ingredients in stew pan and simmer 30 minutes after bring to a boil. |
