Green Chili Corn Bread
1 cup of buttermilk 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoons of baking powder 2 eggs, well beaten 1/4 cup of flour 1 cup of yellow corn meal 1/4 cup of salad oil 1 medium onion, chopped One 4 ounce can of chopped green chilies 1 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded One 8 ounce can of creamed corn |

Mix all together. Pour into well greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. |
