Quick & Spicy Pork Chili

1 pound of ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
one 16 ounce can of kidney beans, drained
one 14 1/2 ounce can of Mexican style diced tomatoes
one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
one 8 ounce can of whole kernel corn, drained
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

In a large saucepan, cook and stir pork with onion and garlic until pork is no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, until flavors are blended and chili is hot. Sever with shredded Cheddar cheese and warmed flour tortillas, if desired. 6 servings
