| Apple Stuffing
3 cups of dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 large sour apple, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Combine ingredients. Add sufficient water to moisten. Great to stuff chicken, duck, Cornish hens. |
