| Asparagus w/Blue Cheese
1 1/2 pounds of asparagus salt 1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese 1/2 cup of small croutons 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Wash and trim asparagus and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain thoroughly and put in greased small shallow baking dish or 9 inch piepan . Sprinkle with cheese, then with croutons. Dot with butter and bake in preheated moderate oven (375ºF.) about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings |
